THE SOLUTION
The “IT” product line was developed along with a new “Miles” card with better travel benefits. I developed a new internal agency within Discover called INCITE that had the purview across all business silo’s allowing for a more cohesive consumer experience from Acquisition to long term serviceable accounts. A new brand structure was developed and all external agencies were schooled on the new brand direction. INCITE developed all strategic direction for existing business models as well as developing any new marketing paths to take. Sponsorships with NHL, Six Flags, Pandora Radio, National TV, Apple and Andriod Pay, and Email journey campaigns were all a part of the success. Did I mention the redesign of the entire website environment over 2 years! 
OH, YAH and Free FICO and auto FREEZE of your account, Ouch!!!

APPLE PAY

After months and months of meetings and negotiation with Apple and Android we had to create the interface and new card art for their wallet usage in 3 days. We did it in two. Not an easy task, but we did it!

BRAND REDESIGN

Took on the arduous task of redesigning every facet of the brand, its direction and guidelines to help direct the masses. This involved a 6 month process of reinvention and socialization from the c-Suite to the streets. Did I mention there was a photoshoot as well! Oh, and a very robust color strategy to boot!

UX DESIGN

Total functional and esthetic redo of entire HR website, public and private. Two photo shoots, one in Illinois and the other in Arizona. Coding, Testing and socialization. End to end 6 months!

MILES REWARDS

The Rewards business silo was looking for a new competitive edge in the market to compete with Cap One. The Discover Miles program was developed along with new distinct plastic to fill this void in less than 6 months to launch

NHL SPONSORSHIP

The coveted NHL sponsorship program! Timing is everything and we finalized the negotiation with the NHL just before the Chicago Blackhawks won the Stanley cup. Create an entire end to end card marketing program geared towards the fans. New team cards, In stadium and online video's as well as traditional Direct Mail.

SIX FLAGS

A ten year sponsorship program with Six Flags was beginning to drag. Answer, New images, new cards, new DM, new POS and OOH to match. One of the best image programs driven by an onsite photoshoot. 

TV SUPERBOWL SPOT

The NFL called in December and said we will offer you a discounted 30 second media buy if you can get us material in 30 days, Somebody cancelled. So, we developed a concept, produced it, and delivered the "Goat" commercial within 30 days, ahead of schedule.

DISCOVER DEALS

Discover was transitioning from a stagnant shopping discount program to a new national launch of a customized rewards program. The difficulty was explaining the way in which the consumer was to use this online portal to their advantage. A cool video did the job. Developed and shot in two days on a "Cyc" Wall in Chicago.
