THE SOLUTION
The “IT” product line was developed along with a new “Miles” card with better travel benefits. I developed a new internal agency within Discover called INCITE that had the purview across all business silo’s allowing for a more cohesive consumer experience from Acquisition to long term serviceable accounts. A new brand structure was developed and all external agencies were schooled on the new brand direction. INCITE developed all strategic direction for existing business models as well as developing any new marketing paths to take. Sponsorships with NHL, Six Flags, Pandora Radio, National TV, Apple and Andriod Pay, and Email journey campaigns were all a part of the success. Did I mention the redesign of the entire website environment over 2 years!
